Financial Projections for First Six Years of Sales

Financial Projection

The financial projections are based upon an assumption that sales of premium routers and wireless intrusion detection systems will be replaced by products of OEM customers employing Endpoint technology through the use of licensing agreements. Sales of product are shown for the first 5 years, eventually replaced by growing sales of licensed products sold by others. To accomplish this, Endpoint will use contract manufacturing to perform the final assembly of commercially available circuit boards. Thus, it can be noticed that the employee count for Endpoint does not rise much. It should be noted that it is very likely that Endpoint will be acquired by one of its licensees or by a larger cybersecurity company seeking to provide full services to its customers.

Revenues

This chart shows relative participation for each market segment in revenue generation. The market segments listed are 1. oil & gas, 2. chemical industry, 3. manufacturing, 4. healthcare facilities, 5. commercial buildings, 6. consumer, and 7. other (military, retail, electric utilities, etc.). Note that manufacturing is anticipated to have the greatest impact. To this end, Endpoint is a member of MxD, a Department of Defense funded factory floor in Chicago teaching manufacturers how to digitize their operations for better productivity. Cybersecurity is a major part of the operation.
